Every page has a ? button fixed in the bottom-right corner. Selecting it opens a menu with Help articles and Report a problem — choosing Report a problem opens the report dialog. Your submission goes directly to our tracker, no account of your own needed.
Filing a report
- Select the ? button (bottom-right of any page), then Report a problem.
- Fill in What happened? — one or two sentences describing what you saw versus what you expected.
- Optionally fill in How to reproduce (optional).
- Under How bad is it?, choose one:
- Blocking — production is broken, data corruption, users can't proceed.
- Important — feature doesn't work as expected (selected by default).
- Polish — UX, copy, or small visual issue.
- Optionally attach a screenshot — select Attach screenshot, or paste
one from your clipboard with
⌘V. - Select Submit Report.
Your submission automatically includes the page you were on, your browser, and recent activity — expand Context attached to this report to see exactly what's included before you submit.
After you submit
You'll see a confirmation with a link to track your submission, and a thank-you note. Select Close to dismiss the dialog.
See Finding help articles for the other item in the same ? menu.
