The Team Runs tab on the Tasks page is a team-wide view of automator activity across every deal, gated by your role's Team Runs row in the permissions matrix (Settings > Roles) — anyone with View or Edit access there can see it; the tab is hidden entirely if that row is set to None.
View access shows every view below exactly as described. Edit access additionally lets you, when a run is parked because no one holds the automator's home role on the deal, select Set owner in the Needs attention view to pick a team member and get the run moving again.
Retry on a stuck run's failed action follows the run instead of this permission: you'll see it when you're the person the step is assigned to, the run's owner, or a team admin — even with View access. Everyone else still sees the row and can select Open to look at the run.
If your role's Team Runs row is scoped to My deals, every view here only shows runs on deals assigned to you — the page subtitle switches to "Showing runs on your assigned deals." as a reminder that you're not seeing the whole team's activity. A role scoped to Team deals sees everything, same as before.
A separate My lanes | All lanes toggle (plus a role picker) filters all four views down to the automators owned by one role — the same lane concept as the Automators list. If you hold a role that owns at least one of the team's automators, this tab opens on "My lanes" — a manager holding several roles isn't dropped into a firehose of every lane's runs. If none of your roles own an automator (for example, your only role is Full Access), it opens on All lanes so you don't land on an empty view. If your Automators row is scoped to My lanes, that's the only option — there's no "All lanes" to switch to. A role scoped to All lanes (or a team admin) sees the toggle and can flip to "All lanes" or pick any single lane to see just that one; whichever you pick is remembered for that team, so it's still there next time you open this tab or come back after a reload. The Needs attention tab's count badge always reflects whichever lane filter is active. If "My lanes" leaves a view with nothing to show but the team actually has runs there, the empty state for anyone with the toggle offers a Show all lanes button instead of just saying there's nothing. A My lanes-only role sees the plain "nothing here" message instead — same as above, they have no "All lanes" to switch to.
If your lanes can't be loaded, you'll see "We couldn't load your lanes." with a Try again button instead of any runs.
My lanes limits what you can build and start, not what you can see.
The four views
- Needs attention — every open needs-attention item across the team, oldest first, with a count badge on the tab. This is the default view whenever there's anything in it. See Needs attention on a run.
- Active runs — every running or waiting automator, filterable by automator, stage, or assignee, with a Stuck > 3d only toggle to surface runs that haven't moved in a while. Shows the 100 oldest running and 100 oldest waiting runs at once — click Show more to load additional rows if your team has more than that.
- Scheduled — upcoming automator work across the team — what's coming up, when, and why (the date or condition it's tied to).
- Completed — runs finished in the last 30 days.
Every row links straight to the run it's about — on its deal's Automators tab, or, for an automator that runs on a contact, on that person's Automations card with the run open (see Viewing a contact). A run about a contact shows the person's name where a deal run shows the address.
Runs on: deals or contacts
The Runs on picker next to the lane filter narrows all four views to Deals (runs about a deal) or Contacts (runs about a person); Everything shows both.
