Settings > General (admin only) lets you set your team's timezone.
Why it matters
Your team's timezone is what named time windows — "this month," "this quarter," "year to date," and similar — will be measured against. Two teams in different timezones asking "what closed this month" on the same day can otherwise get different boundaries when their calendar months don't line up yet.
Today this is a foundation setting: the timezone is stored and ready, and upcoming Reports and Ask TED features will use it as they roll out. Setting it now means those features line up with your clock from day one. Until then, existing report date pickers keep working exactly as before.
Changing it
- Go to Settings > General.
- Select a timezone from the Timezone dropdown — common US timezones are listed first, followed by every other timezone.
- Select Save.
Only a team admin can change this setting. Everyone else can see the current timezone but the field is disabled.
