Team Dashboard shows your whole team's activity, not just your own.
Daily briefing
A card at the top of the page summarizes the team's morning: deals closing this week, deals closed yesterday, your own tasks and deadlines, stalled deals, and new deals from the last 24 hours. Admins (and anyone with full access to Reports) also see a Money (MTD) tile. See Using your dashboard for the full breakdown, and Updating your profile to turn it off or get it by email instead.
What's on it
- A period toggle — MTD, QTD, or YTD — controls the numbers below. The section titles show which period is active plus your team's timezone (e.g. "(MTD · ET)") — that's whose "today" the window is anchored to.
- Pipeline metric cards showing deal count and value by status.
- A financial summary for the team.
- A team workload table, split into Acquisitions, Transaction Coordinator, and Disposition sections — each with a subtotal row and the people holding that seat beneath it.
- A list of recently closed deals.
- A recent activity feed across the team.
Select a status card or a deal to jump straight to it. Hover the ⓘ next to any figure's label (Closed Revenue, Net Deal Profit, Pipeline Value, and so on) for a plain-English definition — the same one Ask TED uses when it answers a question about that number, so the two never disagree. Closed Revenue is the sale price minus the contract price (the spread) on deals that closed in the period — the same figure your own dashboard shows.
A deal counts in the period of its Actual Closing Date — filled in for you the day it's marked Closed or Funded — else the date it funded or closed, the same date the closed-deal reports use, so these cards line up with Closed profit by month on Reports. The pipeline cards' closed profit and the workload table's closed-this-month counts use the same date. TED only falls back to the expected closing date when a deal has none of those recorded. A closed deal with no actual sale price yet adds nothing to Closed Revenue or Net Deal Profit, but its expenses still count in Total Expenses.
A flip project counts once, on its Retail Resale, in the period the resale funds: Closed Revenue gets the project's revenue, Net Deal Profit the project's profit, and Total Expenses the project's costs (everything except the purchase price). The Fix & Flip deal adds nothing to any money card — buying the house is never shown as a loss — and an Acquired card counts the flips your team bought in the period (it shows once your team uses Fix & Flip). In Recently closed, the Fix & Flip deal's profit reads Part of project and the resale shows the project's profit.
The financial summary cards are shortcuts too: Pipeline Value and Closed Revenue open the pipeline board (Closed Revenue filtered to closed deals), and Total Expenses / Net Deal Profit open the Closed profit by month report, which totals expenses and profit for each month. A card only becomes a link if you have access to its destination.
