Viewing your earnings

Last updated 2026-10-07

My Pay & Time shows three summary cards — Paid, Pending, and Projected — above its tabs. The tabs run Earnings (the one you land on), your activity log, and Commission Rules. The cards and the Earnings tab always reflect your own earnings, even if an admin is viewing your Pay & Time page for you.

Grouped by deal, one line per rule

The Earnings tab groups your commission lines by deal, with a subtotal for each one. If more than one commission rule pays out on the same deal — say a "per contract" fee and a "per closed deal" fee — that deal's group shows one line for each rule, with its own role, rule name, milestone, status, and amount.

The three numbers

  • Paid — commissions (and bonus payouts) an admin has marked paid, regardless of the deal's status.
  • Pending — commissions that have been earned — the deal reached the milestone that rule pays on (going under contract, going to Pending Sale, closing, or funding) — but aren't yet marked paid.
  • Projected — commissions that haven't been earned yet, on a deal that's still open.

If your team uses bonus plans and you have a bonus payout, Paid and Pending include your bonuses too, and each card adds a line splitting the total — for example "$12,400 commissions · $2,000 bonuses". Projected is commissions only.

What happens when a deal falls through

Earned commissions are owed even if the deal later falls through. If you earned a fee the moment a deal went under contract, and that deal is later canceled, your line still shows Pending — the fee was earned before the fallout — and that deal's group carries a "Deal cancelled — commission earned" flag so it's clear at a glance why a canceled deal still owes you money. A rule that never got the chance to fire (for example, a "per closed deal" fee on a deal that was canceled before closing) never appears at all — nothing was owed on it.

The Earnings tab

Below the cards, the Earnings tab lists every deal you have a commission line on, each with a subtotal, and below it every line on that deal — role, rule name, the milestone it pays on, and a status badge — Paid, Pending, or Projected — matching the bucket it counts toward above.

Select Download Statement (CSV) to export the same breakdown as a spreadsheet, one row per commission line, including the rule name and the milestone it pays on.

Bonuses

If your team's subscription includes bonus plans, the Earnings tab shows a Bonuses list below your commissions — one line per bonus payout, newest period first, with the Period, Plan, Kind, Metric, Amount, Status, and Paid On date.

  • An Award is what you earned for the highest rung you reached in that period.
  • An Adjustment corrects an award that was already paid — for example, if a deal fell through after your bonus was paid out, you'll see a signed line like "−$2,000". Bonuses are never taken back any other way.
  • A Void line is kept for your records but doesn't count toward any total — for example, an award that was cancelled because a deal fell through before it was paid, or one an admin cancelled.
  • Metric shows a dash on a department or whole-company bonus unless you're an admin or your role includes Reports — that figure is the team's total, not yours. Your Amount is always shown. See When a plan covers a department or the whole company.

If you don't have any bonus payouts yet, the list says "No bonus payouts yet". If you're on a bonus plan, select View My Progress to see how close you are to the next rung on My Dashboard.

The Download Statement (CSV) export covers commission lines only.

Getting paid

Paid tracking is a single timestamp an admin sets — there's no payroll engine or payment processing behind it. An admin marks a commission paid (or undoes that) from the Commission Breakdown section on that deal's own Financial tab; the moment they do, your Pending total drops and your Paid total picks it up. Bonus payouts work the same way, from the Bonus plans section on your employee profile — see Marking a bonus paid — and move from Pending to Paid the moment an admin selects Mark Paid.
