Settings > Bonus Plans — reusable performance-bonus templates (metric, scope, period, rungs) for a person, a department, or the whole company — including paying on deals sold to buyers from someone's own book — how each choice affects what gets paid, and where progress shows up during the period.

The Commission Rules tab on My Pay & Time — how a role rule, an employee-specific override, and an employee rule combine, what each badge means, and who can add, change, or remove them (admins can remove an employee's own custom rules, edit an override, or switch an override back to the role's rule), how a tiered rule works — one rate applies to the whole profit, based on the range the deal's profit lands in — limiting a rule to your team's own deal types (like Fix & Flip), and how a % of Project Net Profit rule pays a share of a whole flip on its Retail Resale.

My Pay & Time's summary cards and Earnings tab show your commissions and bonus payouts — what you've been paid, what's pending, and what's projected — grouped by deal, plus a Bonuses list and a CSV statement download.

The Activity tab on My Pay & Time — profile changes, commission rule changes, role and department changes, and comments, the same feed shown on your employee profile.

The Financial tab on a deal — the profit waterfall, expenses (with receipts, and on a flip project's deals the phase, source and loan), commission breakdown, Actual Results once a deal closes, and the printable P&L statement. Commission totals and post-commission profit are gated by the Net Company Profit role permission.

Pick a TED starter report or build your own on the Reports page — choose a dataset, the dates and deals that count, filters, columns, groups and totals, see a grouped report as a table or a chart, then save it, share it with your team, pin it, or export a CSV. Covers the report list, the Contacts, Expenses, Flip projects, Contingencies and Buyer coverage datasets, the Contingencies ending this week starter, the scorecard, Coverage gaps and flip starters, the Agent performance tool's Book section, the Dates chip, Deals that count, Only my deals, Group by, Measures, the Total row, the Table / Chart / Both switch, Save, Duplicate, Pin and Delete, and asking Ask TED to run a report for you.

Export closed deals and vendor payments as QuickBooks-ready CSVs, and map your expense categories to your own QuickBooks account names first.

On the Pro plan, a team admin can set up one weekly or monthly email of saved reports and standard reports that lands in the inbox of everyone who has report access — without anyone opening TED.

The original Reports tabs — Pipeline, By Lead Source, By Rep, Closed P&L, Pipeline Forecast, Fallout, Rep Comparison and Deal Velocity — are now TED starter reports with the same numbers. Which starter replaced each tab, which date a closed deal counts on, how blanks show, and where Workload and QuickBooks Export live.
